The Role

Oova is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Marketer to join our team, which specializes in reproductive health via hormone testing. As a Growth Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving content creation, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively target and engage our key customer segments.

What you will be doing:

Content Creation

  • Develop and manage copy and creative assets for Oova’s website, app, and digital ads.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, landing pages, videos, blogs, and infographics.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent content pipeline.

Growth Marketing Strategies

  • Analyze target customer segments to inform data-driven acquisition and retention strategies across digital advertising, content marketing, and social media.
  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.

Customer Acquisition

  • Implement digital marketing campaigns (SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate marketing) to drive customer growth.
  • Use analytical tools to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Channel Management

  • Identify and assess new marketing opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and optimize existing channels through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Collaborate with content and community teams to create engaging materials.

Customer Relationships

  • Develop strategies to enhance retention and maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Implement personalized email campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
  • Gather feedback and conduct market research to identify trends.

Performance Analysis

  • Track key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, churn rates) using analytics tools.
  • Present insights and actionable strategies to the management team for business growth.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing approaches.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for pushing innovative health solutions, with an interest in hormonal testing and personalized medicine.
