Starting a family is an exciting journey! You will most likely do a lot of research about conception, think about baby names, and even start...
Practicing grace is the process of making choices to interact with the world with acceptance and kindness. Practicing grace is about being mindful and forgiving. If you’re struggling with infertility, it’s vital to show yourself grace. This means treating yourself with kindness, and going easy on yourself.
Tara Brandner, a nurse practitioner and fertility coach said, "Give yourself permission to say no to the event invitations, to hosting the holiday gathering, taking on extra tasks, and to anything that feels overwhelming to you. You are allowed to put your needs first. Now more than ever is the time to surround yourself with support and those who love and care for you. When you find yourself triggered at an event, please know it is ok to step away, leave, and cry. You are never alone, there is a whole community here to support you." Practicing grace and maintaining healthy boundaries are some of the most important ways that you can take care of yourself.
